TOUR ITINERARY
Friday November 2nd "The Excitement day"
11.00am Assemble at Forbes Services Club
12 noon Depart Forbes Services Club for Malabar
2.00pm Pick up Justin Walker at CSU Bathurst
6.00pm Drop off tourists at Harold Park Paceway to enjoy elegant dining at the Miracle Mile Restaurant.
6.30pm For off those not wanting to go to the trots drop off and book into the at the Sands Hotel/Motel - Malabar.
7.00pm Head to the Malabar RSL to meet the locals and watch Sky Racing too see if the boys can be seen running a muck at Harold Park.
Saturday November 3rd "Derby Day"
7.00am Rise and shine from a good nights sleep to a team walk along the beach at Malabar.
8.00am Journey to the local coffee shop for breakfast.
10.00am Prepare for the days social activities at Rosehill Races
10.30am Depart Motel for Rosehill via Bus and Rivercat
12 noon Arrive at Rosehill armed with cash
6.00pm Depart Rosehill hopefully with bucket fulls
  Into town for dinner, or back to Malabar RSL for a $4.00 steak depending how we went.
Sunday November 4th "Competition Day"
7.00am Rise and shine from a good nights sleep to a team walk along the beach at Malabar.
8.00am Journey to the local coffee shop for breakfast.
8.30am Team meeting before heading to the Pool. (Captain Ben will lay down the tactics set down for the big meet)
9.00am Start of the competition and defence of the 10 Man crown held from Gosford.
12 noon Lunch and presentation
1.00pm Entertainment
Monday November 5th "The Journey Home"
8.00am Rise and shine from a good nights sleep to a team walk along the beach at Malabar.
8.30am Journey to the local coffee shop for breakfast.
9.30am Depart for Katoomba for lunch and view the sights
12.30am Arrive at Katoomba
1.30pm Depart and head for home
